The burial poster of Reverend father Cyriacus Onunkwo, the Catholic priest who was killed in Imo State earlier this month, has been released. The Clergy will be buried alongside his father Chief Celentine Onunkwo. Recall that the Catholic priest was kidnapped from his vehicle in Orlu town in Orlu Local Government Area on the 1st of September by unknown gunmen.  Following a manhunt, his corpse was discovered in a bush in Omuma Village after he reportedly suffocated to death in the car booth of the kidnappers. Reverend father Cyriacus was traveling home to arrange for his father's funeral when he was abducted at gunpoint. The Imo State Police command have since arrested some suspects including a former police officer in connection with the kidnap and murder of the clergy.

The massive contract that Barcelona handed to 20-year-old Ousmane Demebele this summer has reportedly been seen by German outlet Spiegel , and the numbers involved in the deal make it easy to understand why the youngster decided to make the move, and why Borussia Dortmund were willing to sell. According to the report, which claims that the outlet received the contract from Football Leaks, the youngster received a contract worth five times what he was earning with the Bundesliga outfit, a whopping €12 million per year, up from the €2.4m he earned per season with BVB. Demebele's personal deal also reportedly includes the possibility of a €3.3m bonus should the Catalan side win a treble. The report also alleges that Dembele cost €105m up front, with the possibility of €40m in add-ons. Chelsea boss Antonio Conte claims Alvaro Morata is almost the complete player, but says the striker needs to be more aggressive on the pitch. Conte was reluctant to discuss Diego Costa,who is on the verge of joining athletico madrid but he did suggest Morata would benefit from being more like his predecessor as Chelsea's leading striker. Asked about his replacement Morata, who has scored three goals since joining from Real Madrid in the summer, Conte was more talkative. Conte reckons "very polite" Morata can be more aggressive on the field, an aspect of the game Costa relished. "I like him (Morata) because he's a complete player and also he has a lot of room to improve in every situation," Conte said. "When I speak about a lot of room for improvement it also means this aspect, to be more (aggressive)." Kano state emirate council has debunked reports that it conferred the chieftaincy title of Sarkin wakan Kano on Korede Bello. Dan Buram Kano, Alhaji Munir Sanusi who is also the chief of staff of Kano emirate council stated this on Friday in response to the information making the rounds that the Emir of Kano Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II had conferred the title on the GodWin crooner. He said the emirate has no intention to that effect and has never engaged in any discussion with the musician to that respect and thus described the information as mere rumour and baseless. Diego Costa insists he was "very happy" at Chelsea but is thrilled to be coming "home" to play for Atletico Madrid.
